Sometimes, I am very much living in oblivion I can't seem to face the reality of life. Sometimes, I keep asking myself why I lead a life so different from others I forgot to tell myself it's my fate. Sometimes, I resign too much to my fate I overlook the ability to break free from it. Sometimes, I ask too little of my life I disregard the importance of fighting for what I want.
I want to be the kid who is easily amused by little tricks or peek-a-boos. I want to be the kid who is easily contented with lollies. I want to be the kid who is easily delighted by bubbles and balloons.
I want to be the kid who smiles genuinely and cries defiantly and sulks angrily and laughs unpretentiously.
